1.1 “Platform” means the MakePackage system (www.package.co.th) by BEST SOLUTION (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
1.2 “Seller” means any individual or legal entity registered to open a shop and list products or services on the Platform.
1.3 “Buyer” means any user who purchases products or services through the Platform.
1.4 “Product/Service” means packaging items or custom-print services offered by Sellers on the Platform.
1.5 “Commission Fee” means the service fee payable by Sellers to the Platform upon a successful sale as defined herein.
2.1 Sellers must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
2.2 Sellers must submit identity or corporate documentation as required by the Platform.
2.3 Once all documents are verified, the Platform will activate the Seller’s shop within 3–5 business days.
3.1 Sellers may list unlimited products and services at no listing fee.

4.1 Commission Fees are due only when a sale is completed.
4.2 Commission rates vary by product category and are published in the Seller dashboard.
4.3 Participation in promotional campaigns may incur additional commission beyond the published rate.
5.1 Sellers must confirm new orders within 24 hours of payment.
5.2 Sellers are responsible for shipping according to the agreed terms (method, timing, cost).
5.3 Order status (e.g., shipped, delivered, cancelled) must be updated on the Platform immediately.
6.1 Funds will be released to Sellers’ wallets when the Buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction.
6.2 The Platform will transfer funds to Sellers within 7 days of confirmation, with weekly disbursements (e.g., every Tuesday).
7.1 Sellers must publish a clear return policy (conditions, timeframe, shipping costs).
7.2 Return or cancellation requests must be addressed within 48 hours.
7.3 Failure to comply may result in the Platform refunding the Buyer and recovering costs from the Seller.
8.1 No illegal or infringing products.
8.2 No false or misleading information.
8.3 No excessive pricing or hidden fees.
8.4 No promotion of gambling, alcohol, or other prohibited items.
10.1 Sellers may request account termination via the Platform.
10.2 All outstanding orders must be completed or cancelled before closure.
10.3 Remaining wallet balances will be paid out in the next scheduled disbursement.
11.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
11.2 Changes become effective upon posting; Sellers will be notified by email or Platform announcement.
These Terms are governed by the Thai Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2560, Copyright Act B.E. 2537, and other applicable Thai laws.
